Our journey in real estate spans several US states including Oregon, Texas, and Alabama, as well as a few international projects. Beginning in the single family residential rental space in 2014, Good Life Realty’s team gained experience leasing and building across different industry verticals and business models within the residential, commercial, and industrial real estate spaces.
After years of honing our skills and pushing our unique strengths to the edge, we made our commitment firmly to serve in the Data Center, Real Estate Technology, & Energy Efficiency space. Building profitable, sustainable, and efficient data centers for large professional clients while maintaining our small-client “boutique” personality has been the key to our success and strong referral network.

Helping Clients Grow
Our successful consulting projects and partnerships led us to develop our own flagship mixed-use data center in Cascade Locks, Oregon, which serves as our main base of technical & logistics operations. Our Data Center property on the PCT serves as our main hub of research and development for energy efficiency solutions.
With a largely remote team based out of the Pacific Northwest region of the USA supporting data center providers in the USA and all over the world, we’re as proud of the projects we own and operate ourselves as the successful clients who rely on us to make their businesses thrive.
